第一届世界大学生围棋锦标赛规程

　　一、 主办 世界大学生围棋联合会

　　上海市应昌期围棋教育基金会

　　二、 协办 香港中文大学崇基学院

　　三、 日期 2014年7月7日—7月13日

　　地点 香港中文大学崇基学院

　　四、 竞赛项目 比赛设段位组、级位组2个项目。

　　五、 参赛办法

　　采用邀请和选拔两种方式推选出世界各地约100位大学生棋手参赛。

　　六、 比赛办法

　　1、比赛采用应氏计点制围棋竞赛规则。

　　2、参赛选手必须为在籍大学生业余棋手。

　　3、组委会将根据报名情况，制定段位组、级位组2个项目的具体竞赛方法。

　　七、 费用

　　选手自行负担国际或国内旅费，主办单位将负担报到后住宿、餐饮、旅游、比赛等大会期间费用。

　　八、 录取名次及奖励

　　段位组前6名，级位组组前3名分别获得优胜证书及奖品。

　　所有参赛选手获得参赛证书及大会礼品一份。

　　九、 仲裁和裁判员 由世界大学生围棋联合会统一选派。

　　十、未尽事宜另订补充细则。

　　十一、本规程解释权属世界大学生围棋联合会。

　　Regulations

　　I. Organizer: International University WEICHI Federation, Shanghai Ing Chang Ki WeiChi Educational Foundation

　　II. Co-organizer

　　Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong

　　III. Date: July 7- July 13, 2013

　　Address: Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong

　　IV. Competition Items: Dan Group, Kyu group V. Qualification:

　　One hundred Go players from 50 universities worldwide will be invited and selected to participate in the tournament。

　　VI. Competition Methods:

　　1. Ing rules for scoring. 2. The players in the Dan and Kyu groups must be registered amateur collegiate Go players. 3. The organizing committee will decide the detailed competition methods for both the Dan and Kyu group, according to the number of registered players。

　　VII. Cost:

　　The international or domestic travel cost associated with getting to and from the tournament site is the student's responsibility. The organizing committee will cover the cost of: accommodation, meals and tours for the player, during the course of the tournament。

　　VIII. Ranking and Awards:

　　The top six ranked players from the Dan group and the top three ranked players from the Kyu will win medals and a set of Go equipment. All the players will receive a Certificate of Participation and a souvenir。

　　IX. Jury of Appeal and Referee:

　　The International University WEICHI Federation assigns the jury of appeal and referee。

　　X. Supplements will be provided if needed. XI. Supplements may be provided if matters are not mentioned herein。
